Ingredients

Bengal gram dal -2 tbsps
Urad dal -2 tbsps
Coriander seeds -2 tbsps
Red chillies- 4-5 nos
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Sesame seeds -1 tsp
Asafetida a pinch

Method 

👉Dry roast the ingredients one by one until golden brown colour and powder together coarsely, cool and store in airtight container.Use as required.

✍️Use a teaspoon or two of this sundal podi while making any sundal at the end mix well.

✍️If you are making less quantity of sundal reduce the ingredients quantity too.
