Instant Wheat Dosa | Gothumai Dosai
wheat flour and rice flour topped with onions,green chillies etc .The trick to make a nice crispy dosa is making the batter in correct watery consistency.It should neither be thick nor too thin .Keep in mind to mix the batter every time before you pour on the tawa and make sure the consistency is right as it will tend to become thick so add water and adjust accordingly.Moreover cook the dosa in a medium flame.Check out the recipe for this delicious instant wheat dosa or gothumai dosai below.
Ingredients
Rice flour -1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Onion -2 nos chopped fine
Green chillies - 2 nos chopped fine
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Curry leaves and coriander leaves few

Method
👉In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well .Now pour 1-1 1/2 cups of water little by little and make a watery batter.👉Heat dosa tawa and pour a laddle full of batter randomly.
👉Drizzle oil on top of the dosa.
👉Cook on both sides until nice and crisp.
👉Serve .
Preparation Time -20 mins
Yield -7-10 dosas.
