Instant Mango Pickle

This is an instant raw mango pickle which can be made very easily and quickly. It can be stored for a week under proper hygienic conditions.

Ingredients

Raw mango-1 cup diced to small cubes with skin
Redchilly powder-3 tsps
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Gingelly oil-1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Asafetida a pinch

Method


👉In a mixing bowl add the mangoes, red chilly powder, salt mix well.


👉Heat gingelly oil a small pan add mustard seeds, asafetida allow it to splutter, pour this hot oil over the mangai mixture.
👉Mix everything well.
👉Serve.
